HEALTH IS UNDENIABLY A REQUIREMENT for our happiness, as well as for our family, friends, and children of the coming generation, yet I consider this era to be the most difficult time in history to maintain our health. In the past, we had a hope that all diseases would disappear with advancements in medicine. It turns out that we are seeing increases in the number of patients with stroke, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, allergic diseases, psychiatric diseases, and various other health issues
